AMANO develops MJ Series mist collector in 2009. AMANO is continuously improving design and material. Especially, the collection Disk is upgraded for a high capture rate and stable suction.

Since there is no filter, the suction power lasts for a long time. Maintains constant and strong suction at all times.

Regular filter replacement is required for mist collectors that use filters, but the MJ series does not have a filter, so there is no filter replacement cost.

Since there is no filter, there is no need to replace the filter. Compared to a filter-type mist collector, filter replacement work time and machine tool downtime can be significantly reduced.

Collection efficiency of 99.9% when collecting 2 μm mist particles. It has a collection performance equal to or better than the conventional model or mist collector. There is option after filter can be collected up to 99.93%.of 0.3 μm particles
